I really like these Premier protein drinks. They really help with my digestive issues. I feel full for hours after just one drink. I use them either cold or hot, so they’re also versatile. Just remember not to heat them to the boiling point. Premier are the best tasting, after trying numerous other brands. I do thing think they are somewhat pricey though.

I have gastroparesis, and this is a must for me. I never found any flavors I liked. I bought the cookies and cream one. I will say that is the best flavor I have tasted so far. It makes it less miserable for me to drink these while being sick/nauseous.
