These days, everything is sugar. That Latte from the overpriced coffee house has more high fructose corn syrup than coffee in it. ‘Energy’ drinks are loaded with it + caffeine. Kids cereal, need I say more? My mother is 92 and a cancer survivor, and could use a pick-me-up after lunch. It’s great when I find a protein shake that isn’t loaded with sugar. She wanted to try a vanilla flavor, so I chose this. Turns out she likes it and looks forward to having one every day.
I don’t know about the ‘easy to hold’ rating here, but 5 stars for her being able to open it easily (she doesn’t have the hand strength she had 30 years ago.)
